Seldon Water is a pioneering water purification company with a mission to clean Africa’s drinking water using its Nanomesh technology. In support of the brand’s Zimbabwe launch, we were tasked to create glass bottle packaging - a complementary product to the Seldon WaterTap, Seldon’s home/office water purification solution.

Our idea was to use well-known idioms pertaining to water to create a series of six collectable glass bottles. Each bottle within the range showcases a different idiom, with the illustration and copy crafted accordingly. These idioms allowed us to give new meaning to everyday phrases, relating them back to Seldon and its Nanomesh technology. Created using the technique of stippling, each illustration is made up of tiny black ink dots. This is symbolic of Seldon’s Nanomesh technology, whereby water is purified via the process of microfiltration.
